He is a seasoned project management professional with over 15 years of experience, in managing complex, global technology projects across diverse cultural and geographical settings. His career has afforded him the privilege of contributing to some of the world's most renowned products in their respective domains, cultivating his expertise in navigating multi-time zone operations and building strong relationships at all business levels.

Abhishek has established a reputation for driving operations excellence and achieving efficiency through robust knowledge sharing, QA practices, and regulatory compliance. With a solid foundation in project management and problem-solving, he has been committed to enhancing project delivery setup, employing a diverse mix of methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall and Hybrid to navigate the complexities of global project execution in today's fast paced world dynamics.

Throughout his journey, he has remained steadfast in his enduring commitment to problem-solving and continuous learning, expanding his skillset and keeping him at the forefront of project management best practices. It's this passion for growth and innovation that inspired him to found Flex PM Services.

With an AGSM MBA (UNSW Business School) and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication, he gained the ability to take a holistic view of the business, set the vision, & translate that into a set of strong strategic solutions, while not losing sight of the nitty gritty needed for actual execution. He holds industry leading certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM, OCI Foundations and OCI Gen AI Professional and is well versed in Six-sigma and Lean process improvement methods.
